Interested to know more about Packetlinks 5G Partner program, here are a range of frequently asked questions about our products, services and Partner program.

We have various options for installation. If you want to provide the service and bill our Packetlink solution but require us to install it, we offer our direct services, specialist install partners, and national coverage for installations.

We have various ways of working with.

  1. Our Direct Partnership are partners that are looking for a complete managed service, this includes a full turnkey service delivery.
  2. Our ISP service model allows you to pick and choose your service and solution, so if you want to purchase equipment and network access thats fine.
  3. Our Wholesale model allows you to purchase equipment and connect your own SIM card, if you want network access that can be purchased at a small monthly cost and through flexible contract terms from 1-36 months.

Our Fixed IP model is very innovative. You can get multiple IPs to one single SIM. To use the Fixed IP service, you will need an advanced router, and if you’re not taking the managed service, packages are available at 100-400Mbps for our standard service.

You can use your own routers if you do not require any network services from us. If you want Fixed IP or VoIP bearer services, you will have to use our equipment.

Packetlink is a trade only supply service.

We do offer a branding service. There are minimum requirements for this service, and we are happy to review your request.
